Medical imaging studies are large. We built an Uploader application to help you upload them quickly. The image32 Uploader App can be installed on any Mac or PC in minutes. Once you sign in with a valid image32 account, you can upload medical imaging studies quickly and securely. The Uploader reads DICOM files from CD, Hard drive, or you can even setup a PACS system to export (DICOM push) images directly to the Uploader for automatic upload.
image32 is a fast and easy way to share medical imaging studies such as X-rays, CT Scans, and MRIs across organizations and systems. In seconds, you can upload DICOM files from a CD, Hard Drive, or PACS, view it online, and share it with a few clicks. The image32 system automatically strips out protected health information (PHI) by default. We keep specific HIPAA-safe study identifiers and our proprietary Study Code to make sure everyone sees the correct study. Once your images are up on image32, you can access and view them from any desktop or mobile device.
Sharing medical images such as X-rays, CT Scans, and MRIs, can be cause for concern. image32 is HIPAA compliant. We begin by stripping PHI (protected health information) out of medical imaging studies before upload as a default setting. If you choose to change the settings, and include PHI, we encrypt all PHI much the same way banks encrypt your financial data. Our system permissions ensure that only those users who have been granted access to a study, can view that study. Finally, all attachments are stored in HIPAA compliant data centers to ensure the safety and security of your data. Learn more about our Security and Compliance here.
